As an executive, Justin has led programs supporting several hundred financial services institutions across global banks, asset and wealth managers, payments services and financial technology providers. Justin is an active member of multiple financial technology communities across Europe.
Yiming holds a PhD in mathematics and multiple patents over a career dedicated to developing deep technologies and complex solutions for financial services firms. Elena began her career at the leading global firms Shearman & Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, before spending more than a decade at NatWest. There she led capital markets, transactions and regulatory change initiatives, including post-Brexit strategy and ring-fencing, gaining direct insight into the regulatory demands facing the banks and wider financial services institutions. Of late, Elena has been active within the digital asset community globally supporting governments and institutions in their adoption of a variety of digital asset programs.
