We have been selected to collaborate with the FCA in the second cohort of the Supercharged Sandbox.

For the last several months, we have been building Relace: the platform that turns regulation from disparate and siloed rulebooks, actions, articles and advice into a structured system firms can control.

Today we can share exciting news. Relace is one of the few companies selected to collaborate with the FCA in the second cohort of the Supercharged Sandbox.

The programme brings the regulator, financial services firms and technology providers together to develop and test AI solutions that deliver better outcomes for consumers, firms and the market. Participants work in a secure cloud environment, with the infrastructure, datasets and expert support to build and test quickly. We are incredibly excited to be developing our technology alongside one of the most innovative regulators out there.

The problem we are working on

Everyone in financial services knows the pattern. The business wants to grow: a new product, a new market, a faster launch. But getting there is rarely simple. The requirements are complex, controls need to adapt, the risks take time to work through, and the team is already stretched thin. Timelines extend, and revenue is delayed.

That is the problem we are solving. Regulation, done properly, is the next enabler of growth in financial services, not the handbrake on it.

Relace is built from the regulation up, mapping and tailoring obligations to a firm’s exact use case and business model. Every decision and document is chained to the rule it addresses and linked to the primary source. Firms can see exactly where they stand for every product and prove it — globally.

Collaborate with us

We are looking for financial services firms to collaborate with us on the programme. If you own compliance, risk or product in a bank, fintech, payments or e-money firm, wealth or asset manager, or credit provider, we would like to hear from you.

Get in touch and come collaborate with us.

This is the first of much more to come from us in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, thank you to our customers and to the FCA for helping us unlock growth from regulation.
